Frequently asked questions

How do I get to the Residence?

To enter the Residence, go to the main entrance at 178 Route de la Batelle, La Chapelle d'Abondance (74360). Access is via a digital keypad located to the right of the entrance door. Enter the access code sent to you by e-mail (when check-in was completed), then wait for the door to open automatically.
Once inside, proceed to the front of your apartment. The entrance also has a digital keypad; enter the code given to you for the apartment. A parking space and/or garage has been allocated for easy access.

What is the arrival procedure (digital check-in, arrival and departure times)?

Arrivals are autonomous, thanks to our digital check-in system. A few days before your stay, you'll receive your digital key (like an easy jet ticket).

  • Arrival times: from 5:00 pm.
  • Departure times: before 09:30 on the day of departure.

On arrival, simply follow the instructions in the e-mail: enter your code on the digital keypad at the entrance to the residence to gain access to your accommodation. Checking out is just as easy: simply close the door.

What payment methods are accepted?

When booking your stay, you will be asked to enter your credit card number in order to pay a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, then 15 days before your arrival the remaining 50% of the cost of your stay will be deducted and finally 1 week before your arrival the deposit of 500 euros will be deducted and returned at the end of your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are still possible, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Is the residence secure?

Yes, the residence is equipped with a range of security systems, including secure access control and surveillance devices (cameras), to ensure the protection of the premises and its occupants.

Are there any baby facilities?

Yes, baby equipment (cot, high chair) is available on request prior to your arrival.

Can double beds be changed into single beds?

No, double beds cannot be changed.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

The Residence provides bed linen (fitted sheets, comforter covers, comforters, pillowcases and pillows) and bathroom linen (towels, carpets) for each apartment.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets (not exceeding 15 kg) are accepted for an additional charge.

Do we have a cleaning kit?

Yes, everything you need: broom, mop, washing-up liquid, floor cleaner, sponge, dishcloths will be at your disposal.

Are there any cleaning costs?

The Residence does not offer a cleaning service during your stay.

At check-out, there is no charge for cleaning or linen, but the apartment must be returned clean. Failure to do so will result in a charge being deducted from your security deposit.
